  1. Assist in ensuring proper egg rotation to maintain up-to-date inventory.

  2. Is responsible for all transportation of cooked product from production areas to the frozen dock areas.

  3. Is responsible for moving BNP Totes (full and empty) to appropriate storage locations.

  4. Is responsible for retrieving line supplies for all areas

  5. Is responsible for anticipating line needs prior to running out of supplies.

  6. Is responsible for all transportation raw products and materials to and from production area.

  7. To fill out forklift check list before operation.

  8. Need to work together as a team

  9. To follow all HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines.

  10. Maintenance work must be done immediately, if major problems arise, contact supervisor.

  11. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.

  12. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
