POSITION SUMMARY

This position requires a strong group insurance/industry knowledge facilitating the installation of customer benefits. This person hired for this role is responsible for providing a high level of service and consultation from pre-sale through initial post sale administration. This role requires collaboration, project management and customer service skills.

Fundamental Components:

-Handle Complex and Priority Accounts and/or Brokers- Strong Group Insurance Knowledge-Critical Thinking-Project Management Skills/Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities-Consultation-Relationship Management-Customer Facing/Internal and External Customers-Strong Risk Management Skills.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

-This person will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the group insurance customer plan.

-Will partner with other others of the organization to facilitate a successful implementation.

-They must posse strong organizational skills, relationship management skills, along with the ability to act as a Project Manager/Consultant.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
