Responsible for the delivery of Product Specifications Documents to supplier partner(s) or delivery of process specifications to meet business specifications.
May be done in partnership with business partner(s) or via guidance to business partner(s) for execution. Defines system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models. Responsible for understanding business objectives. Performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared to specifications, confers and/or drives issues with management for resolution, and ensures overall fulfillment of business specifications. Responsible for day-to-day engagement with business and/or process subject matter experts. Advises and consults with business teams prioritizing allocation of people resources, addressing project team problems ensuring that all team deliverables are met, and developing and presenting proposals of project plan and getting agreement from appropriate stakeholders. Understands and applies theories to policies and operating environment needed to effectively and efficiently complete assignments.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.

The Senior Solution lead will drive theanalytics strategy & execution to enable a data driven decision making forour executives. This individual will help create dashboards, reports andscorecards for executives that can provide a unified view on customer health, compliance, financialperformance & market intelligence. This individual will also be responsibleto monitor & analyze this data and provide recommendations on whatcorrective steps as needed. The ideal candidate would have implemented complex Reports,Dashboard & Scorecards (preferably using NetSuite).
Deliver reporting and strategic insights through reporting and manual data extractions to drive a significant improvements in user adoption and Compliance
Lead deep-dive analysis and investigations to better understand an end to end customer experience including touchpoints, cross-channel behaviors, drivers, preferences and segmentation
Generate reporting dashboards / scorecards from concept to execution; very hands-on approach needed to create the processes and data visualization strategies
Conduct detailed root-cause analyses, data-mining, integrate multiple data sets, generate insights and provide innovative business solutions
Develop prototype usingreporting and dashboard tools upfront in the project life cycle therebyvalidating the requirements, eliminating ambiguity and providing earlyvisibility to business on the final solution.
Responsible for testing activities, planning and execution
Provide post go live and/or steady state support
Work with senior management to understand their needs & provide reports as needed.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Leadership, business and functional team members to align objectives, resources and expectations.
Work with global teams asrequired, to possibly include occasional travel
Requires a BA/BS, Graduate degree
Minimum of 6-8 years experience in Analytics (with Customer, operational, financial or compliance data) or domain expertise in Professional Services Industry (Pre-Sales, Consulting, Sales, Operations) in a hands on role.
Excellent Power point, Excel, data visualization and data story telling skills a must
Experience with the design and development of data visualization solutions for reporting
Strong hands on experiencewith extracting multiple data-sets, writing complex SQL queries & buildingExcel tables
Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to present complex ideas in a way that will flex to various audiences
Having experience in solution designing using NetSuite is a huge plus
Familiarity with complex enterprise applications such as ERP or CRM and related development and customizations platforms is preferred
Creative problem solver who inspires innovation across the entire team
Excellent communication skills in English, and cross-functional teamwork skills
