Oracle Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Agency Development Lead, DMP in Omaha, Nebraska
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsiblefor building, implementing and servicing strategic partnerships with agenciesincluding enterprise agreements, re seller/ managed service models and contracts.
This role would be well suited to someonelooking to make a move from an agency or digital marketing role to a technologycompany.
The primary responsibilities of this roleinclude:
Manage theexecutive relationships with a portfolio of agency holding companies and buildour strategic partnerships encompassing all the Oracle Data Cloud capabilities
Designand implement re seller and managed service business
Acting asthe front-line technical and user support and bringing in technical/productresources asneeded.
Scoping newproduct and integration requests for feasibility
Inputon strategy and learning agenda for agency teams
Leadingaccount planning / quarterly business reviews
Managingupsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. Leading the renewal strategyincludingcontractnegotiation and pricing
Work closelywith Oracle's Product and Engineering teams to spec new products and featuresand prioritize the productroadmap
BA / BS orequivalent (MBA is a plus)
8 years ofexperience in ad tech, digital marketing, and/or analytics
Consultingexperience a plus
Managingteams a plus
Skilledat relationship management
Understandingof online marketing metrics (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, RPV, AOV, etc.)
Experienceworking hands-on with a DMP (BlueKai, Lotame, Adobe, Krux or Neustar) preferred
Complex,multi-channel project development, management, activation and accelerationwithin region or country. E.g. programdevelopment, messaging, offer development, demand generation strategies,awareness/reputation, digital/online, sales and channel execution
