This associate will ensure that we meet and exceed the expectations of the customer. Additional Essential Functions Include:iCompiles lists and updates of prospective and current customers. Utilizes Customer Resource Management software (CRM) to manage prospects, sales leads, and existing customer information.iDevelops effective working relationships with other sales groups, customer service, and operationsiManages travel schedule throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit new business opportunities. Will effectively use phone and electronic communication to enhance these business opportunities. iQuotes prices and presents credit terms and prepares sales proposals and contracts for orders obtained. iEstimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of Warren Distributionis production and delivery schedules. iAttend and manage customer trade shows and conventions to display product and information to current or prospective customers, to aid in or complete the sales cycle.iEnsure that customeris expectations are met and identify potential ways to increase sales for existing customersiAnalyze and maintain competitive pricing and market conditions to pricing structures while ensuring company profitability.iPrepares reports of business transactions and effectively manages expense accounts.iProvides relevant technical or market information as requested by the customer.iReceives, evaluates, and processes customer product issues regarding quality, specifications, and delivered condition of product.iPrepares information regarding returned goods.iProvides relevant information as requested by the customer.iProvides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.iSets examples for sales associate(s) in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.iMaintain quotes and contracts to ensure profitability.iEnsure communication to internal organization to forecast product demand and account needs.iReceive, evaluate, and process complaints of customers regarding quality, specifications, and delivered condition of product.iQuote prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained. Requirements include: Bacheloris Degree and two years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
