Wanted: Technology Service and Support InternLindsay Corporation has an exciting internship opportunity working with our FieldNET Support Team in a technology service and support role. The individual selected, will have an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience supporting dealers as well as growers with their FieldNET support needs. Position Opportunities:Develop skills to perform remote troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, or other electronics, networking, and system problems.Assist Dealers and Growers with new subscriptions and renewals.Achieve a working knowledge of case management (ticket tracking) system.Obtain exposure to technical writing for troubleshooting and operational processes.Increase knowledge of radio and cellular communicationsUnderstand the importance of delivering service excellence and obtain advanced customer service skills while providing phone support to Dealers and Growers. Qualifications: High School Education with some collegeStrong Customer FocusStrong phone and email communication skillsAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn new skills and technologiesStrong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Demonstrate strong customer orientation by being willing to the extra mile to resolve grower and dealer issues.Classes completed that include agriculture technology, electrical, and sensors a plus.
