Summary of This Role
TSYS is a leading provider of Payment Processing technology and services in the United States. We are looking for an individual to join in our Corporate Training division to assist with training and development within our Telesales Divisions.
In this team, we oversee training and development for all inside sales divisions, as well as assisting in the training of ISO partners. We collaborate with sales division leadership to help Account Executives perform to their highest level. We also assist with the launch of new products and initiatives, the achievement of sales and performance goals, and other business needs. We work closely with sales managers and executives on effective coaching techniques, helping managers be better coaches who can empower reps towards self-sufficiency, rather than just achieving a sales number.
Candidates must have previous Training or Merchant Services experience.
Essential Job Functions:
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
Must be a leader who sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
Ability to be effective in face-to-face, webinar, and E-Learning environments to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of training initiatives
Proactively work with Management and Senior Leadership to identify opportunities for training and improved sales performance
Able to deliver and motivate Account Executives through effective training and coaching techniques both in group and individual settings
Familiarity with Merchant Services is a huge plus, including:
