Role Summary/Purpose:

As a key member of FieldCore’s Total Rewards team, you will strongly contribute to the global total rewards strategy and programs to ensure FieldCore is uniquely positioned as the best field services company in the business. An expert in the region you serve,

this position is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation and administration of the regions compensation and benefits programs.

Essential Functions

  • Provide key stakeholders with a market leading total reward experience and level of service. Partner with HR and Leadership on appropriate reward packages to recruit and retain talent.

  • As a key member of the Global Total Rewards team - develop, implement, administer and monitor Total Rewards programs in support of regional strategic objectives and in alignment with global objectives.

  • Ensure market competitiveness and recommend cost-effective methods to enhance talent acquisition, retention and employee engagement through the development of effective total rewards. Provide market intelligence and quality market benchmarking.

  • Develop total rewards communication strategies that are contemporary and in support of FieldCore’s employee value proposition. Build employee’s knowledge of FieldCore’s unique rewards package.

  • Lead the compensation and benefits analysis and harmonization during merger and acquisitions.

  • Leverage technology to enhance total rewards reporting and communications and to simplify processes.

  • Manage all aspects of year-end compensation planning process in close collaboration with the local HR teams.

  • Serve as a SME to members of HR and leadership for all aspects of Total Rewards. Conduct training and contribute to skill development in the region and globally.

  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.

  • Ensure that adequate estimates, forecasts and calculations of expenditures in compensation align with budget planning and tracking.

  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, HR, or related field preferred.

  • 6+ years expertise in total rewards design, salary benchmarking, job evaluation processes, incentive plans, benefits and reward programs within a complex, matrix organization.

  • 3+ years managing and developing employees.

  • Executive compensation experience preferred.

  • Global compensation experience preferred.

  • Comfortable with leading and implementing projects across multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong consultancy and relationship management skills.

  • Strong ability to analyze and provide insight from internal and external data.

  • Knowledge of government regulations that apply to compensation both domestically and internationally.
