Assist in the recruiting process of all positions within the organization.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
Assist in the retirement / employee exiting processes.
Assist in the labor movement process within the HR systems.
Assist in payroll & time keeping processes.
Assist with all employee communication systems.
Help drive the wellness initiatives within the organization.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
Minimum GPA 2.5
Minimum 1.5 years of remaining undergraduate studies
