This is a temporary, full time position tentatively scheduled to last from date of hire until 9/20/2018
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
Examples of Work
Job duties Assist with processing grant applications and monitoring subgrantees for compliance with federal and state grant requirements. This would include desk audits pre-auditing financial records to assist in processing reimbursements, as well as reviewing program documentation submitted; and on site monitors. Assist in providing training and technical assistance on financial and program grant management matters. Day travel will be required for this position.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:High school education plus four years work experience significantly related to position's function; or Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or other appropriate curriculum; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the above requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of: the theory and practice of accounting principles, practices, methods and procedures. Ability to: comprehend and follow complex and technical procedures to communicate effectively; to make relatively difficult mathematical computations; to analyze financial transactions.
