As a Client Technical Support Rep, you will provide clients with technical support for Fiserv’s Teller suite. This includes server and workstation applications, product troubleshooting, and assisting with client software installations. This is a phone support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline product support for Fiserv’s clients via telephone, email, and web based contact channels

  • Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services

  • Thoroughly track, organize and document all product implementation and support related activities

  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience may be substituted.

Job Related Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service and/or helpdesk environment.

  • Proven troubleshooting abilities and strong PC skills; MS Office applications.

  • Previous experience banking or credit union experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, including such functions as IIS and basic networking preferred.

  • Database experience (Microsoft SQL or IBM DB2) preferred
