Restaurant Manager - New NeedDescription

Whether it’s creating dishes for those living a healthy lifestyle or expanding our Happy Hour menus, we’ve stayed at the forefront of the industry. Because of our talent among the hourly and Management teams, we’ve won several industry awards praising our operations.
We have a new need for a Restaurant Manager at our location in the Grand Island area! This person should have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years of current Full Service Restaurant Management experience
* High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million in sales
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
* Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
