Requires substantial interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain positive, confidential, collegiate relationships with faculty and administrators. Requires travel among campuses and learning centers to work with faculty.General SummaryProvides consultation and support services in instructional design, strategies, assessment, technology, and in the implementation and delivery of courses and curriculum. Serves as a curriculum and program design consultant college-wide. Works with faculty at all instructional locations to plan, develop, and implement learning opportunities that help students achieve success. Supports faculty in the implementation of Quality Matters standards for courses and program materials. Identifies education technology needs and provides multi-modal learning opportunities for faculty. Provides leadership, consultation, and support for faculty development initiatives.
